All content on this website, including text, lesson materials, programme descriptions, photographs, graphics and other original content, remains my intellectual property unless otherwise stated. The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without my prior written permission.

English Coaching Services

I provide personalised English language coaching for adults. My lessons are designed to improve English communication skills for personal, academic and professional purposes.

My services are intended for learners aged 18 and over. At present, I do not offer lessons for children or younger learners.

Booking Lessons

Lessons should be booked in advance through the agreed booking process. Bookings are confirmed once a lesson time has been agreed and, where applicable, payment has been received.

Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before lessons begin. Lessons may be purchased individually or as part of an agreed package where available.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed on this website or agreed directly before payment is made.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Lessons cancelled with sufficient notice may normally be rearranged at a mutually convenient time.

Lessons cancelled without adequate notice or missed without prior communication may be charged at the full lesson fee, although I reserve the right to exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances.

If I ever need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you will be offered an alternative appointment at no additional cost.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your lesson. If you arrive late, the lesson will normally finish at the scheduled time so that other bookings are not affected.

If you experience technical difficulties, please contact me as soon as possible so we can decide the best way to continue the lesson.

Professional Disclaimer

My services provide English language coaching only.

Although some programmes cover specialist subjects such as business, healthcare, finance, engineering, aviation, legal communication or immigration interviews, lessons are intended to improve English communication skills and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, immigration or professional advice.

Similarly, interview coaching is designed to improve communication and interview performance but cannot guarantee employment, examination results, visa approval or any particular outcome.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate information and high-quality coaching, I cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes or results. Individual progress depends on many factors, including attendance, effort, practice and previous language experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or my services.
